Shipping policy

We can’t wait for your DOUBLE TAAKE order to get to you. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During new drops, launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@doubletaake.com with your order number and correct address.

We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are generally handled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at info@doubletaake.com, and we’ll do our best to help you determine the next steps.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting us.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to DOUBLE TAAKE because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, please contact us.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
